My versa showed 4.5 miles for a long time while I was walking to get my distance and I finally got it to 4.8 when my sister told me to refresh the app on my phone my distance jumped to 5.68, it makes no sense wouldn’t the watch be more accurate?

@Kybugg23 In this case, changing a clockface to one that works properly should resolve the issue. 😊

@Kybugg23 The 4.5-4.8 distance - was it displayed on your clockface or in the Today app on your Versa? You can access Today app by swiping up on the main screen of your Versa. It could be that the clockface is experiencing a delay in refreshing, especially if you're using 3rd party and not Fitbit original one. If this happens again, check the Today app for the stats. Those should get synced back to Fitbit servers via Fitbit mobile app.

It was the clockface but I am using a 3rd party clockface, that explains a lot.
