Has anyone ordered a rose gold/peach and have it arrive already? I don't know if I should order from Fitbit and have it come April 13-20 or Best Buy and have it come on April 16th... And I really can't wait!

Excuse my impatience, but I'm just extremely excited about the Versa.

I originally was a ChargeHR user. I moved up to the Fitbit Blaze and have been there for the last 2 years. So now the VERSA has my heart.

Any idea when it will ship? The site only specifies 3-4 weeks. But other sites claim it will be "available in stores" on April 16. I've never pre-ordered directly from Fitbit before. Do the pre-orders ship earlier than the release date?

I want to know, too! I pre-ordered mine, but remember Ionic people pre-ordering and not receiving theirs until well after store release! Please answer, @Fitbit!

I pre-ordered yesterday and I did receive an email confirmation.  If you did not, check again online that you actually did order and that your email address is correct.

Yes, I have the same question. Does anyone know the answer?  Also, the store website says the Versa will ship in 3-4 weeks, but that’s what it said back on the March 13th when I pre-ordered.  Doesn’t FItbit update its shipping date information?

YES! I keep counting "3-4 weeks from when i pre-ordered" too! I'd love to get an actual date to look forward to receiving this shiny new devise!

It likely won't change on the versa order page.. at least it didn't when the ionic came out. 

My order status says " 3-4 weeks from when order was placed on 3/14"

When I pre-orderd my Ionic, I remember most of us getting ours a few days before they were released in the stores. So if the Versa is the same  you might get it a few days early.

You seem to have ordered from the Fitbit.com website in the past. I too am being won over by the Versa and am tempted to pre-order. However my question is, Do you incur customs charges when the item is delivered?

There was no custom charges, but I ordered from the UK fitbit store to be delivered in the UK. Which country do you live in @Madagal?

I also preorder the Versa few days ago. since yesterday estimated time was 3-4 weeks but from yesterday says 2-3 weeks exept one of the special edition. hope to have them before release to shops...

After reading your post, I re-checked the Fitbit store website and noticed, at least for the SE edition, the shipment date was in fact update. It now states ships in 2-3 weeks. Although my confirm via the Fitbit store doesn’t state anything about the shipment date (only the original purchase email does, which states 3-4 weeks), I am happy to see that Fitbit is updating the store info. I can only hope Fitbit ships on the earlier side of the range. My 2015 Charge HR band finally broke a couple of weeks ago and I have been without a tracker since. Looking forward to the Versa for the gym, hiking, sleep monitoring and everyday wear.

While I don't know the exact date of release, based on the time from that Fitbit gave on the preorder site, my guess is that it will be available sometime in April.

I am certain I have seen the release date as 16th April. You should receive on or around that date.
