Has anyone ordered a rose gold/peach and have it arrive already? I don't know if I should order from Fitbit and have it come April 13-20 or Best Buy and have it come on April 16th... And I really can't wait!

Yep, so you must not have a label yet either. You'll probably get an email from FedEx immediately whenever it's created/scanned into their system.

I ordered my peach colored Versa March 25 , payment was charged to my cc Tuesday night (Apr 3). It's been shipped out as of yesterday! Im in canada. Arrival is for April 12. Super excited !

I ordered yesterday 4/4 and by midnight my card had been charged and by this morning (4/5) it said processing. I guess I picked the perfect time to make up my mind.

I am soo excited for everyone, and a bit jealous.
I ordered the charcoal SE on the 13th,
There was an error on my transaction; though FB has a link to fix it, their website has a glitch on those pages so they don't work.
That was frustrating, let me tell you! I told their "customer support", but I don't think they understood a word of what I was saying. I put it here, in case a moderator can understand and pass it on to their Dev team. I work in tech, I tested the link, tried to input information on 3 browsers; it doesn't work.
I called customer support, and have spoken to several very nice people who's English is pretty good (fair/middling), and told them I had contacted the credit card company to indicate it is not a fraud charge.
We went over it all, confirmed the information, gave the card again...
And my order is only received.
I am sooo sad.
I hope it can be cleared up.
I will keep watching the posts here, and can't wait to see pictures and hear about it!

Just got the "Your Order has Shipped" message - ordered 3/13 - USA. Fedex says shipping from Plainfield, Indiana to MN -- should ship today, but apparently 2nd-business day shipping doesn't get it here until Monday.

I ordered mine the first day it was announced to preorder and it just shipped today...Im in NJ. It says it should be delivered Monday.

I'm very disappointed. Funny thing was, I would've been none the wiser if they just asked for another payment method and say they were backlogged but will get to my order based on where I was in the queue. But the fact that I was bumped after they've notified me 15 mins via email without a time window to respond is infuriating. I asked if it had mattered if I called a minute after the email came through. They didn't have an answer.
That was my question too "Preorders mean that you've set an X amount of products". What they told me was they processed and shipped all pre-orders yesterday. My conclusion is that they gave my spot to someone else?
My Paypal history still shows a pending charge for the full amount from March 14th. So the fact that it went through that time means that it wasn't PayPal's fault. One thing I did do is change the order to a different band color a few days later. That must've confused Fitbit? Regardless, they should've given me some time to rectify the situation.
I appreciate your time in listening. I hope you're one of the people to get it in a few days.

I am hoping you're one of the people to get it soon! Funny thing was I checked to may sure PayPal shows the pending charge last March 14th, making sure that there were no mistakes. I checked the address for both billing and shipping on both Fitbit and PayPal side (although I've been getting things shipped from other online stores with no problem). Admittedly, the last two preorders that I made were through my Amazon account.

PRT, they deliver on Saturdays. Maybe it will change. Mine should be going out today. I'm in IL. paid for expedited. Hope it will be here saturday....but not surprised if its not.

Customer service reps often don't have the correct information, so fingers crossed your device ships out sooner than you were told. Just by way of comparison, I had the exact same thing happen. They put my order on hold last night because allegedly the pay pay charge didn't go through. I called them this morning and the rep said that sometimes when things are on a pending hold for a long time, the charge gets denied. She put the charge through again with me on the phone and said it went through. My order status still says received not processing, but I was told that it takes 3-4 hours to go through. Who knows whether my rep was right, we'll see! But my fingers are crossed for both of us.

They re-processed my order after I called, but I have to call back to get the 15% discount when the status changes to "Shipping", which will take any time from 2-3 weeks. The problem was not the reprocessing of order nor getting more discount out of this fiasco, it's the shipping of the order. I would've gotten it in the next few days if they just gave me time to fix it and kept me in the queue or have given me a time window. It's frustrating to be bumped off after weeks of waiting for a stupid trivial reason that showed their discourtesy to their customers. The call back to beg for the 15% is an added insult. Why couldn't they just include this in the re-processed order to spare me the unsavory task of calling back again to ask for it?
