Has anyone ordered a rose gold/peach and have it arrive already? I don't know if I should order from Fitbit and have it come April 13-20 or Best Buy and have it come on April 16th... And I really can't wait!

trilliumknits, I am crossing my fingers that you would get to enjoy yours in a few days! I was on the phone with them for 40 mins. It seems there was a major disconnect between their customer service and their warehouse system. I was put on hold several times so they can confer with their warehouse associate.

Mine still says processing, too 😞 my card was charged at about 9:30 p.m. last night, so I was hoping for a shipping email today.

I've read that a few other people got their shipping notifications, but none for me (so far).

Just an FYI, Fedex just sent me an email indicating that they've picked up the package and it is on its way. The email also specifies an expected delivery date of Monday.  But if they hand it off to the USPS when it arrives in town tonight/tomorrow (which is why I think they're specifying a delivery date of Monday), the USPS could certainly deliver it to me on Saturday.

Same as you Sayers.  I preordered the special pink/purple on 3/13 with my bank account on Paypal and it still says processing. argh!

@PRT940 – I don't think USPS does Saturday delivery, unless it's built into the shipping method (i.e. overnight or something). I believe the only exception is Amazon Prim-e orders, since they have a special contract with the Postal Service.

I was just told the card has been approved for charge, now they just need to send me a tracking number

It's good that you called Fitbit and were able to verify your order. As an added measure, I would log into Pay Pal one more time to verify the shipping address.

@WendyB: Where did you hear that they're on back order? And does that apply to people whose orders begun processing last night? 😞 my credit card was already charged, so I'll be pretty upset if it doesn't ship.

im thinking its going to be in the next couple of days at most.  i believe the ones shipping out on the 18th (or 16th, whatever day other places like target, amazon, etc.) are because it's not the fitbit website.  I believe if you pre-ordered from the fitbit website, you will def get them before that date.  i could be wrong though.  It seems like everyones have been slowly starting to ship within the last one or two days.

@nmo9If they charged your credit card it will ship. You should get an email with the shipping info
