Haven’t had an update for the device

Hi,

i have had my fitbit device since the end of november 2018 and it never updated since. I think the app was updated a few times but not the device itself. I was wondering whether that’s right because i feel like the device is not as accurate when it comes to for example the heart rate as it was before. I checked for updates but it seems there arent any updates for the device since the end of november. Could this be right?

Hi @SunsetRunner Yes i believe that is correct. It does seem a long time. Maybe soon? Fitbit is not likely to give forewarning of updates so I don't know.
