My Fitbit Versa lite died within three weeks of receiving. Called customer service and spoke to Germaine. We went through the steps to resuscitate the device to no avail. He assisted in getting my info to receive new one. That was back 8/6/19 and still have not received a replacement. I was informed that it would be a week or two. Do they not follow through on replacements? It is now 9/24.
