I Had Shipped my broken Fitbit Versa 2 That I purchased at a local store. It was still under warranty and I recently talked on the phone With a costumer service representative who said my watch was still on its way and I should receive a email on the status soon. I never received anything. Can you please Check the status for me and lmk what is going on. Thank you!
