Haven't received my order

• I ordered my Fitbit on 7/12/20. I have had zero communication from Fitbit! I have chased the order 4 times and I still have no idea when it will arrive and no offer of help. My product is no longer available to track. They refuse to give me a point of contact to complain 
• I need an email or postal address to complain

Hi @maggieturner100  there is no email customer support at this time and they don't list an address. You had a tracking number? I know a set of dvds has last been tracked December 15, 2020 somewhere in the USPS mess of packages. I'm not sure where you live, but all anyone can do is be patient while the various carrier services catch up on deliveries.

Thanks for your response
I have been very patient until now. I however ordered it 5 weeks ago and have been told that it was never shipped. It has been in stock and they had no idea why it wasn’t being processed and today to top it off the live chat posted a standard reply telling me it had been a pleasure and cut me off! My tracking number doesn’t work unfortunately so I am literally in the dark with no explanation £150 down and no idea if I’ll ever get my watch which was meant to be a Xmas present
