Haven't received my replacement order.

Hello Fitbit Team,

On 6 October I placed a replacement order for my Fitbit Versa. Then on 17 October I had a call from FedEx for uploading my information for custom clearance and I did so. Then on 21 October, I received an email (from Fitbit) stating that the order will be shipped within 3 to 10 days. But it's been a month and I still haven't received my order. 
 
I hope you will sort my issues out.
