Hi, sorry I’m writing here, as I was not sure how to reach out someone connected to Fitbit besides customer service. I have a problem to get refund after returning Fitbit band over 3 weeks ago. Customer service keep saying “it will take 10business days” but it’s already over 3 weeks since they received the band. What should I do next? Very frustrating. I appreciate your help.

Hi @LoveTokyo you need customer service, as they are the only ones who can help you. I've asked a Fitbit Moderator to stop by to assist you, but you'll still need to get with support.

I found out that they somehow refunded separate amount to different card , one went original card my son paid, one went to my credit card. It is very odd, but I received. Thank you!
