Having problem in connecting my versa 2 to my samsung A71

I am having syncing issue with my fitbit app to my versa 2. There may be some problem in the app as I can connect my versa 2 with my iphone 8 plus but I am not able to conect it from my A71 please look into this problem as soon as possible
