Having to delete and reinstall app daily to get notifications to work

At least once a day I stop getting notifications through my versa 2, it says phone restarted needed to fix notifications.. I tried that it still didn't work, I tried resetting my versa 2 and that didn't work. Only thing that works is to delete the app and reinstall then do the whole set up again. 

Its an absolute joke! Why is this happening? My sister had the exact same watch, on the same day and downloaded the app and hasn't had this issue once!

Very frustrating, it's been almost 2 months.

I've had this problem for months! Driving me crazy. I've tried to reach out to customer service to no avail. I refuse to uninstall/reinstall the app daily, they need to fix this ASAP!

I have the versa lite and the same thing happens to me. I stop getting notifications and then I get that message about restarting. I try to restart it and still doesn't work. It's very frustrating.
