Hi Everyone
I've just got the Fitbit versa and I have to admit that I am very frustrated. I have repeatedly tried to pair it with my iPhone 6s iOS 11.3.1 but it seems that the watch cannot be found. I also tried to reinstall the application and sign up with a new account but I still face the same issue.
I would appreciate if you could provide with some assistance.
Thank you in advance

I struggle EVERY day for it to sync. Have to do all the trouble shooting steps about 10 times and then I’m lucky if it works. Sometimes I just give up. I’m not sure why they’re not fixing this issue yet....

I am having the same problem. I have done everything on the troubleshooting thread but it doesn't work. The closest I got to it connecting was when my phone found the Fitbit versa but was stuck on the "connecting to tracker" page for an hour before it crashed and I was stuck back at square one.
It's been very frustrating trying to sync the whole day, especially when it was working perfectly fine the day before.
What else can I do so that my Fitbit can sync?

I am having pairing Versa with iphone 7. Tried everything a suggested multiple times with no luck. I used to have Charge 2 paired with my phone before. Have deleted the FitBit app on my phone and reinstalled (multiple times) with no luck. Any suggestions. It was purchased few months ago hence can not be returned/exchanged either.

Hi, I figured it out after looking up more issues. You need to unpair all devices and then pair it. Worked first try after all these “trouble shooting” ideas.

Are you kidding with "thanks for bringing this to my attention." Your Fitbit Versa problems are all over the internet. Google "problems pairing versa" and you might find 659,000 other people doing the same thing. 659,000 x $200 = $$$$$$$$ if we are returning you product because we cannot get a solved solution for the Versa.
I can no longer spend my time, restarting, rebooting, deleting, adding, restarting, turn off, turn on, reboot, plug in, update restart...get my point.
I wanted to like you product, but you FITBIT did not care enough about me as a consumer.
Be careful, there 659,000 others watching and reading.

Did all of that. Unpaired everything. Retstarted. Uninstalled app. Now my phone says Fitbit needs to be in pairing mode. Tried that. Charge 2 worked great. This is very frustrating.

Well after two weeks I have proven Fitbit is worthless....randomly but not without constantly checking does it update with Ipad of IPhone apps. Therefore, worthless for exercise tracking. Just a Very ridiculous and not great watch.

I have bought myself a fitbit versa to which I am having issues with. I set up as normal and it was going well until the set up got stuck on 87%. So I decided to restart the watch, forget the device on the app and start again. I have followed all the advice on how to set up but I am still facing the issue of the FitBit logo flashing on and off and not being recognized to be set up? It keeps asking if I have it charging and bluetooth which I do it just fails to see it. Any advice on what is happening here? thanks.

The versa is the biggest waste of money. It straight up does not work. How do we get our money back?

I have the SAME issue. I've had my Versa for just over a month and initially there was no issue but then about 3 or so weeks ago, my notifications stopped coming through and i have to fiddle with my watch and phone (android) settings to get them to come through. I feel like i'm constantly troubleshooting. It is so frustrating. I think it must be a watch issue so I hope Fitbit fixes whatever the problem is and updates the Versa firmware. I'm not impressed at all.
