Hi Everyone

 

I've just got the Fitbit versa and I have to admit that I am very frustrated. I have repeatedly tried to pair it with my iPhone 6s iOS 11.3.1 but it seems that the watch cannot be found. I also tried to reinstall the application and sign up with a new account but I still face the same issue. 

I would appreciate if you could provide with some assistance.

I feel your pain.  Nothing but Versa problems from the get go!

I stupidly have tried three. Last try. They don’t keep up with the technology of iPhone which makes it work for us !!!!!’
