Having trouble with clock-face on Versa Lite.

My Versa Light has not clock face no information...steps heart rate etc. Only stripes vertical blue green stripes tried rebooting it about 12 times no luck it it was on charger last night so should be charged.

Try switching to a different clock face, preferable a Fitbit standard one, to see if it might be just a problem with that clock face.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I tried your suggestions. Nothing displays except stripes.
