I just bought a Versa 2 and am having trouble setting it up with my Android Samsung phone. I went through the troubleshooting guidance, i.e. checked latest version of Android, power settings, turned Bluetooth on and off, turned Versa 2 on and off. I get stuck at the setup stage on my phone when it is trying to pair with the watch. The watch doesn't display anything, other than occasionally telling me to download the Fitbit app. I can't advance past the screen on my phone where I am told to plug in my watch and try again. I see that there is enough battery power when the download app message comes on the watch, but of course I keep it plugged in.
