Whenever I try to use the Hawaiian Punch watch face on my Fitbit versa 3 it does not show the accurate time. It only shows 12:0. I have tried syncing the device vía the app and it did not work. I ha e charger the device, that did not work. How can I get it to display the accurate time and start working again like it used to. This begin this past Saturday

Hi @Fatbat89 - the clock face may have developed a fault, try changing to another clock face.

Hold the watch button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start. This may also clear the issue temporarily.

To set the time, if it is still needed, you must sync well 

Restarting the device may cure this but see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
