Headphones connection keeps breaking with Versa

I have Sony MDR XB950B1 headphones and the bluetooth connection keeps on breaking ,taking into consideration that they work perfectly with my phone Im very disappointed to see that Versa isnt working as it should be

Hello @Samifit, great to have you here in the Fitbit Community as a new member. I'm sorry for the late response and I was reading your Sony headphones connection keep breaking with your Versa Watch.

 

If the issue persists, Delete the connection of your headphones with your Versa and try to perform a restart on your watch: How do I restart my Fitbit device? 

 

Also, restart your headphones if is possible based on the brand and model. Usually this is printed on the product manual.

 

Once you have done this, try to pair your headphones again. A recommendation is to maintain the bluetooth receiver of the headphones, in the same are were are you wearing your Fitbit Versa.
