Has anyone solved the problem of headphones not showing up in the list of audio devices found when trying to connect via bluetooth to the Versa? The headphones are in pairing mode and close to the Versa. I've tried multiple times and have never been able to pair them.

Yes, they're by JLab and connect to my iphone without any issues. Thank you.

I have a Fitbit Verda and am really

can anyone help I cannot get my versa to locate my headphones yet I don’t have this problem with my I phone 7s? They are not expensive headphones but do work through phone.
also I can’t transfer my music from computer?
can this be transferred to Versa via I phone?
please help????

As mentioned above @SunsetRunner, make sure that the headphones are not connected to the phone when trying to connect to the Versa. If the phone is without n 30+ feet, please turn the phones Bluetooth off, then try attaching to the Versa .
As for music transfer, no the phone will not work, Pandora and Deezer may be setup through the phone.
I'm not sure what computer you have, or what error might be getting but the instructions may be found in the User Manual and the help docs.
