I can’t pair any of my headphones to my versa 2. Have tried resetting the Fitbit but keep getting “no devices found”. Have made sure no other Bluetooth devices switched on by no joy.
headphones are kamtron marathon and j labs Knudsen air executive
Update: That should read “J labs jbud air executive “

Hi there, @Seanieboy. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out.
Besides your phone, have you recently paired your headphones to other devices? If you have, try removing your headphones from those devices. Then, when pairing them with your Versa 2, make sure no other Bluetooth device are nearby and turn off the Bluetooth on your phone.
If you haven't already done so, I recommend checking our help article How do I connect Bluetooth audio devices to my Fitbit watch?
Hope this helps.

Don't count on any help from Fitbit on this. I was told to try reboots, reconnecting, factory reset - nothing worked. Then they changed their tune, and decided it was a known issue and developers are working on it. I haven't heard from them in months. Since they cannot tell me which headsets work, it seems likely they never tested this "feature.". I was told to play music through my phone, which utterly defeats the purpose of buying a smart watch that claims to be able to play downloaded music.
I've been trying different headsets. The JBLs work, except they pause playback for a second or two every 10-15 seconds which interferes with my workout. The Langdon attach but playback is distorted. My last attempt was with my niece's Apple headset. I played 3 songs with them and it worked, so I ordered a pair and am hoping for the best.
