Headphones won't connect to my versa despite both being in pairing mode and multiple restarts of both versa and headphones just keeps coming up on versa saying no devices found! Tried everything suggested on here and still nothing! Very annoying!!!!

Hey @Cbeevr, welcome aboard! Let me ask you this, what type of headphones are you using? Can you pair them with another device like your phone, for example? In the meantime, please take a look at the following help article: How do I connect Bluetooth audio devices to my Fitbit watch? And let me know how it goes!

Mine also.   My headphones were working well then all of a sudden this weekend they stopped.   I have removed them and then tried to add them back.   Nothing.   I have the Mpow Flame headphones.    They work fine with my phone but I hate to take my phone with me so that is why I pay for Pandora so I can use my Fitbit instead.  Now I can't do that.   My Fitbit no longer can find the headphones.

Hey @Pwoo10, welcome aboard! Smiley Happy Thanks for trying to unpair your Mpow Flame headphones and pair them again. Beside that, I'd like you to try to restart your Versa and then try to unpair and re pair them again.

Let me know if that works!

I did that and it didn't work.    I now have 2 choices to either spend the expensive amount for the Fitbit brand headphones or cancel my $10 per month Pandora.     I know the headphones pair with my phone and my laptop so they work just fine.   They just don't pair with the Fitbit.

My Huwaei Sport Bluetooth headphones will not connect to my Versa. It comes up in the devices I can pair my Versa with and starts pairing. After about 2 minutes it says connection failed. I also tried to pair my friends Airpods and the same thing happened.

If you could tell me how to fix this issue it would be very helpful.

same issue here, I have jlab headphones, they connect fine to the phone.  I restarted the watch and the headphones everything has a full charge, versa can't find the jlab headphones.  finally after restarting both the watch and the headphones, I put the earbud in my ear and listened while I turned it on, had to hold in the button a 2nd time on the headphones then it said ready to pair.  After that the versa was able to see it.

Finally got mine to work.  When I followed the steps on the site, I could only connect 1 of the earbuds at a time (even though they were synced to each other) since the versa was detecting them as individuals. Don’t know, it was weird. Under the “audio device +” button there is a toggle to pair with phone.  Mine was set to “off” I toggled it to “on”. Still didn’t work.  Then I toggled it to “pair” and it worked.  Maybe I overlooked something super obvious, but I didn’t remember seeing anything about that particular function in any of the setup instructions.

I found that I couldn’t have my earbuds paired with my other devices. Once I unpaired them, my versa found my earbuds
