I went to Gym other day, I was tracked for 3 miles on Fitbit 2 versa. Today I did NOT do much & Fitbit said excellent work & walked almost 3 miles again, this is impossible. I want to buy my mother one for Christmas & I'm Leary and would like to know if anyone else experiences this ? Also, I had a trial when I downloaded my Fitbit premium app to my phone. Is that standard, ? I don't want my mother to pay & she really likes my watch. I have only had 2 weeks & I  sold my Samsung  watch cause really wanted health watch. Fitbit has always been pretty reputable. Please let me know. Thanks in Advance

I understand how you feel about this situation. I'd recommend you check these articles, How accurate are Fitbit devices? and How does my Fitbit device calculate my daily activity?.

 

Also you can restart your device.

 

Regarding the free trial for Fitbit Premium for a new device, the time of trial will depend on the device you want to acquire.
