UPDATE: My Versa has now completely died. After the 2nd Factory Reset, the screen started going wonky and after about 10 minutes it shut off and I can't get it to turn on again. I put it on the charger, and nothing. When I click on the warranty and return information, I get caught in a similar loop to the help button - I never actually get to a form, instructions, or any contact details for returning my device. I'm in Italy - does it really need to be this difficult? SO disappointed with Fitbit - after many years as a loyal customer and having bragged about their amazing customer service, I can't figure out how to get in touch with them (short of opening a twitter account, which I don't have any interest in doing just to send a message).
My Versa has suddenly gone berserk with the heart rate monitoring. It won't track my sleep any more because it says it can't read my heart rate, and even when I'm completely at rest it's reading 176 bpm when I know I'm below 60. Because of that, the battery is only lasting for about a day.
So far I have:
1. Cleaned all the contacts very well
2. Shut it off and turned it back on again.
3. Done a factory reset, including deleting and reloading the app
I can't find where to contact customer service, but it's obvious that the watch is having some problems. l appreciate any advice and support!
Thanks much.

Since the update a few weeks ago, my heart rate which is generally steady around 63 resting has been going down steadily. It's now 53 resting! I've done a reset and a factory reset and I'm not sure what's going on!

Thank you. I follow that link and it just takes me back to the community boards. The only direct contact option is via twitter, which I don't have. Since yesterday my versa has started doing other strange things, so I'll have to find a way to get the customer service team to hp me.
Thanks for taking the time to respond!
