After having this issue of my heart rate reader not working for about a few months, I did all troubleshooting options . In addition, I deleted app and factory reset my watch, still doesn't work. I decided to contact csr chat for at least replacing or attempt to get a replacement, however since it has already been over a year and warranty does not cover it. So sad that I had this product for a long time and all of a sudden there is an issue. I have no funds or in a financial standing to get another one. Is really sad that this watches only last or can last up to three years. I believe they need to fix their warranty and give other options in regards to issues with the watch. Sad and disappointed with this product. Never again buying.......
