I noticed this morning that my versa 2 is not picking my my heart rate. It looks like this started sometime Sunday. I'm hesitant to try a factory reset because last time I did that it was a problem with the update.

Best AnswerAfter uninstalling the app and reinstalling and multiple restarts that did not work, I did end up doing a factory reset. This seems to have fixed the issue.

Best AnswerThis is the 2nd versa 2 i have had and the latest one worked well for about 3 months then it stopped giving me sleep data then stopped health metrics.
the support are useless asking me to do the same things as always , ive uninstalled my versa and reinstalled it , ive change the wrist its on , ive cleaned it and the green light blinks, im so dissapointed and feel sure that somethings changed as my first versa 2 was problem free for the couple of years I had it till it died.
can anyone tell me what to do apart from throwing it in the bin
