Heart Rate Zones not accurately reporting what is in the heart rate graph on Versa 2

Starting today, my heart rate in the heart rate graph is not matching with is reported in the 'time in the heart rate zones'.  So even though the graph shows that most of my 30 minutes was spent in peak or cardio, the time in zones is reporting below zones for the entire spin class.  I know that people are experiencing this problem on other FitBits.  Any solutions out there??

First option is to restart the watch to see if it clears

 

Shut down watch

[ Swipe left, Settings,

at the bottom, About,

at the bottom, Shutdown]

 

wait a minute


Start watch [Hold button till it vibrates and wait for Logo and clock to reappear]
