My Watch will not show my heart rate.   I have reset the watch, the app on my phone etc.   when I work out it won’t read my heart rate either

Don't see sleep either. Is it premium now?  

how is this legal? I bought FITBIT versa 2 specifically for the sleep tracking with no underlying upsell of a subscription.

 

I will wait 1 week for a fix or reply. If my assumption is true I am truly disappointed and will sell my Fitbit ASAP and recommend everyone sell/discard and boycott Fitbit*

*Fitbit was bought recently by... you do the research and see.
