On November 4th my Fitbit Versa 2 stopped tracking my heart rate and sleep. The light on the back does not even blink anymore but it was working perfectly until then. I have factory reset it, made sure heart rate tracking was turned on, and rebooted the device several times. Is there any fix for this. I really loved my fitbit but if they are going to break every year for no reason I won't buy it anymore. The sleep tracking and heart rate was my favorite feature.
