Heart rate will no longer work, wifi will not connect to versa and it will not track sleep either.
I have updated my phone ios
I have updated the Fitbit app
I have restarted the Versa
I have went back to factory settings on the versa
I have removed app and reloaded app
It will also not longer connect to Wifi and took a long time to connect via Bluetooth.
All this and it still does not work properly, is it defective?
As a note, I do not have tattoos on my wrist, it is not too loose or too tight.
HELP!!
