Got this for Xmas 2019. Worked fine until Week of April 22 when heart rate, sleep monitor and green light stopped working. Calories show for workouts but only 10% of what is actually burned during same run as weeks before. Did the reset, factory reset, syncs, etc. Just flat out disappointed in product that broke in 4 months. Box and Warranty thrown out with Xmas garbage so doubtful it will be addressed.
