Heart Rate history on dashboard

Versa 3.

Since the 3rd October I no longer have a daily history of my heart rate within the app. In the app on my phone I can see a weekly, monthly and yearly summary - but not daily as it was before. I have an empty graph that is supposed to show me my weekly resting heart rate but it reports "I dont have data in this chart"

I can see my daily charts up until the 2nd Oct - but none after that. Steps, exercise etc are all syncing fine and the history is available.

I have checked my dashboard on-line and it doesn't even show me a heart rate widget.

After reading a few forums I reset my Charge 3 back to factory settings this afternoon - but no change. I have a chat with Fitbit this evening and it was suggested I uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone. Still the same. But the info is not available on-line so I am wondering why this info is not being stored for some reason. I can see my current heart rate in the app - so it is syncing with my phone - but for some reason the app is not storing the history.

Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

Hi @markpres  Charge 3 or Versa 3? You mentioned both.

It is a Versa 3 - sorry about that. I had been reading so many articles about Charge devices it must have got into my head!

@markpres  it's happened to me, too. I've moved this to the Versa 3 area so you can get more relevant responses to your query.

I have all my daily heart rate data going back as far as I can scroll..  I checked back over a year. Versa 3,  iPhone. Sounds like it’s something within the app. If you have an android, maybe check with android people or do a restart or reinstall of your app.(oh, sorry I see you did a reinstall now. is there an android forum?)
