Heart Rate no longer working on Versa 2

Purchased my Versa 2 in October. HR worked fine until a couple days ago.  I have done all the suggestions I could find, including cleaning the back, resynching, turning it off and back on and  I just did the latest firmware update.  No luck.  Still not working.  The sleep monitor function works about 50% of the time, and that is how it has functioned since Day 1.  I can live with that, but the HRM is a deal breaker.  With 2 of the primary apps being pretty useless, I'm kinda thinking it's not user error but something wrong with my device.   Any advice?

Hi @angelmouseFB , contact Customer Support, cause this is not normal for a new Versa 2. Regards kuzibri
