Heart Rate not logging and steps are not logging on Challenges

Heart beat rate NOT logging and also also my steps that are logging are NOT logging on the Workweek Hustle challenges. Turned everything off and on many times and just updates to newest versions on watch and phone (70.7.14) but this didn't fix anything.

@JustSusan, I'm sorry for the delayed response. However, it's great to see you in our Fitbit forums.

 

Regarding the heart rate and steps data that didn't sync to the Workweek Hustle challenge, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. Is your watch working and syncing your data properly now?

I reloaded the app as they suggested but it didn't help. the BPM's are
still coming up on my fitbit and all the steps are also not being logged on
the WORK WEEK HUSTLE challenges.

ALSO... at one point my fitbit stopped logging any steps and also calories
burned... then I charged it and it started working again in the morning.

Argh! Help please : )

was this ever resolved?? My friend's having very similar issues. and its a brand new fitbit charge 3. i've had slight issues with challenges recently too but whenever the challenge is made by someone else hers does not log the steps properly in the challenge.
