Heart rate shows on home page but when I start an exercise it disappears.

@kazza6460, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not showing your heart rate when starting an exercise.

 

Please let me know what type of exercise you are starting when your heart rate stops showing.
