Heart Rate not working and Battery Drain

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hi,

From past 3 days the heart rate is not working and i am unable to see my cardio data as the data is showing NIL because of non functioning of heart rate, in the settings the heart rate is on and still doesnt work at all.

Last week my fitbit battery came for 4 days with the same usual workouts, but from couple of days it is acting weird and by the end of each day from 99% it is coming down to 10%. On saturday the battery died before 5PM itself in a single day.

Request FITBIT to check my concerns and resolve at the earliest. Previously i owned a Fitbit Surge which died within 1 year wearing out the straps and died. Fitbit didnt do anything for this. After this Versa i am saying bye bye to FITBIT.

@grandhiraghav try rebooting your versa several times by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes. If this does not help, you will have to perform factory reset. This should upgrade your Versa to the latest firmware. Perhaps make sure you're not using any 3rd party clockfaces when testing the battery after factory reset.

Hi,
I tried everything and dont use GPS and no third party apps and also uninstalled the basic fitbit apps also. Yesterday night i resetted the versa and updated to the latest firmware and still no luck with the heart rate and also the battery from 4 days to came down to 1 day only.

@grandhiraghav the most worrisome is battery. This would suggest hardware issue. I'm afraid you might have to reach out to customer support as you might need a replacement. I'm sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

Mines done exactly the same, have reset several times. It had gone totally flat suddenly and when I charged it, it kept defaulting the the battery % screen. Now HR won’t register at all.

Mine has done the same exact thing!  I've only had it about a year and a half.  Customer service said I'm outside the warranty so all they can do is give me a 25% off coupon.  No thanks! I'm not spending another dime if it only lasts,at best, a year and a half.
