I'm not able to get my heart rate from anything else but the last 5 days, my heart rate has been monitored by my Versa abnormally high. Like sitting at my desk and typing this up, i'm at 60 bpm. Just a few moments go I was standing at my desk, trying to manually check my heart rate and I was at 110 bpm. Just standing at my desk reaching into my drawer and putting lotion on my hands and I was between 110 and 120. typing this now and it says that I am at 110.
So either the Versa has an issue or my heart does. Are there any known issues regarding heart rate monitoring? Thank you

Hi @sherynh, it's nice to see you again in our Community Forums. I am sorry for the delayed response.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your concern regarding the heart rate accuracy of your Fitbit Versa. Our heart-rate tracking technology, known as PurePulse, is specially designed to give you a more complete picture of your health and fitness. As with all heart-rate tracking technology, whether a chest strap or a wrist-based sensor, accuracy is affected by personal physiology, location of wear, and type of movement. I recommend checking the tips to improve the accuracy of your heart rate reading in this help article: How do I improve the accuracy of my heart-rate reading?
If you haven't done so, I'd like you to restart your device as described in this help article. This will refresh your Versa internally.
I'll be around if you need further assistance.
