Heart Rate shows in dashboard, but no graphs....

Hallo, you can see here I can view my HR on my Versa 2.

The problem is that when I click on the heart I receive a white "No data" screen.

No graphs, no stats.. nothing.

 

Ideas about how to solve?

 

Have I to let the Versa read my HR for several hours before seeing it?

@lmerega It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your missing heart rate data. Do you see other data on your account (like steps or distance)? Could you share a screenshot of what you see on the heart rate data tile? It looks like your device isn't syncing. Lets start by troubleshooting the Fitbit app. Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. Also make sure your device is syncing by following these instructions.
