Heart Rate tracking is not accurate on my Versa

I use my Versa when I go bicycle riding.  I also use a Garmin chest heart rate monitor. There is such a discrepancy with the 2 devices when it comes to the heart rate.  This is an every day occurrence, though the rates may be different:   Versa reads 95 BPM avg and 138 max bpm.  The Garmin reads 140 avg bpm and 153 max bpm.  There should not be such a difference.

Hi @StuZ, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community.

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa is not providing accurate readings. Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, try the tips listed in this help page, which are helpful for this type of issues. Finally, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome.
