Heart Rate wildly different when viewing in app

The heart rate reporting in the heart rate, zone minutes and exercise sections of the app are reporting wildly different peak heart rates after syncing with the watch. Heart rate reports 136 as my peak, zone minutes reports 143 and exercise reports 180. Can you please explain what is going on here

Hello @PeterMarc and welcome to the Community.  You see these differences because of the average time period in each graph.  The daily heart rate graph's number is an average over five minutes.  The exercise details graph's number is an average over one minute.  The zone minute graph doesn't seem to have a predictable interval.
