Heart Rate zones and Active Minutes

Hi,

I'm new to this community and I'm getting no where with Live Chat on Fitbit. They keep telling me to restart my Fitbit and not helping at all.

I have the new Fitbit Versa 3, I used to have the Fitbit Charge 3.

The heart rate on it is abysmal. My heart rate on the Charge 3 said I was in the "Fair" range but my versa says my heart rate is poor. My weight/height etc is all correct.

Anyway I go for a regular walk a day and I log my walks, so it tracks my miles etc.  It says on my exercise there is not enough data in order to work out my active minutes and my heart rate hasn't been recorded but when I go into the heart rate section on my app, it says I was in fat burn and cardio for some of the time on the graph. It doesn't say this on the lines underneath, which is strange. I've restarted my Fitbit, I've logged out of my app, synced it, logged back in and it still doesn't want to work. Just to clarify the graph on the heart rate says I was in Fat burn and Cardio but the zones underneath with the lines say 0. I was out for my walk for 40 minutes so it's not even like I went out for 10 and it didn't get a good reading.

Considering how much you pay for these watches they aren't very accurate!

Really appreciate anyone's support.

The live chat never works for me.

Fitbits response is always restart the watch.  It rarely works.  Customer service here is a joke.

It really is!
You’d expect a £199.99 watch to work properly wouldn’t you?! And their customer service is abysmal just restart it.
