Heart moniter, sleep tracking not working

About 2 weeks ago, my sleep tracking stopped. It knows how long I've slept, but no breakdown. It says not available,  and to try again tomorrow. Then I notice that the heart monitor isn't working at all. I've only had this Versa2 about 4 months, replacing my Versa that lasted a little over a year.

Same thing has happened to me. I contacted fitbit about 3 times and they just keep giving me troubleshooting advice. Which i do over and over again! My HR is not reading at all now. So frustrating

Sleep tracking is completely mIssing:  no times, no stages of sleep, etc
