I have had my Fitbit versa since they first came out, and before I had a charge. I love my Fitbit and never had a problem. Yesterday the heart rate and the step counter stopped working. No warning nothing just stopped. O have done all of the thing on the website, if restarted it, I checked the settings on my versa as well as on the app and the website, with all of that it should be working bug its not

Same boat exactly. Bought my first gen within the first month after release, worn night and day ever since. Heart monitor has gone out a couple of times in the past, but a shutdown and restart always restored it. 2 days ago heart rate froze while I was running, LEDs off, and it hasn't come back on since. At least 20 restarts, updated phone ap, cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled ap, changed clock face, flashed a firmware update and did a full factory reset. All have failed. Previously had a Charge HR and Alta all have failed around 2 years. I'm starting to think that there's an element of planned obsolescence here; seriously considering moving to a Garmin or Samsung.

That sounds exactly like me, I only take it off to shower and charge, no green light nothing, I am not able to buy a new one right now, it's so frustrating, I have thought of going to a Samsung one
