Heart monitor out of control!

This past few days the heart monitor has my heart at a very concerning rate! I have reset my Fitbit and had a friend put it on to see if there was any difference (there was not).  Any suggestions besides heading to the ER?! 🤨

Going by recent posts on this forum it seems a fair few people have encountered this issue, my version started last week and includes the sleep tracker not picking up the sleep stages just the timeframe.

According to the support reps I spoke to it’s a firmware issue. The best answer they could provide was the high level support are working on it but didn’t have a timeline for the release of the update to fix it.
