Hi, my heart monitor isn't working, any ideas how to start it again? I didn't wear my Fitbit versa2 for a few days due to RSI and the hear monitor hasn't worked since, it seems to effect other tracking updates too. I wear the fitbit on my right wrist and tried it on my left but with no joy. 🙄

I would first try swiping over to settings and check that heart rate is turned on.

Does the red light flash properly?

I have been having the same issue. I have restarted it and did the factory reset. It still won’t work.

@Abravo are your green lights flashing properly?

Is the heart rate enabled?

Have you tried a Hard reset by turning off the tracker?

Hold in the button or the left and lower right buttons to turn on.
