Hey all, I've had my Versa for about 2.5 years now, the other night I put it to charge and put it back on in the morning; I was going through my heart rate recordings today and noticed that there were some crazy records throughout that one night....my versa has never done this. Anyone else experiexpe this?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the issue you're experiencing with your Fitbit Versa tracking heart rate when not being worn. Thank you for your efforts to resolve this. I recommend doing the following:

 

1. Switch the heart rate setting to off and sync. Switch the heart rate setting to on and sync (Open the Settings app, and find Heart Rate)

2. Restart your device by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
