Heart rate , active minutes and exercise tracking not working

Hi, there was an app update on fitbit. After the update, the app is not showing my active minutes and heart rate. The device is not recording workout properly. Only the steps are being shown. This happened only after the versa update.

Have you restarted your Versa several times? That usually fixes this sort of problem.
