Like many others, my heart rate and sleep tracking are not working. I have tried the recommendations. It sounds like a problem on Fitbit's end. Is there a way to file a complaint with Google, since they now owen Fitbit?

Thank you for taking the time to share the details regarding the situation with your Versa 3. Sorry to know the inconvenience.
I'd recommend trying the following steps to make sure your heart rate is working:
Bear in mind that if your heart rate is not working, your sleep stages won't too as this data is calculated by your heart rate readings.

I did all the recommended steps and still no heat rate.

There is no on/off switch for Versa 3. I already tried reset, shutting it off, and hard reset. The light sensors on the back have quit lightning up/responding to movement.
Any other suggestions?
