Had the blaze loved it now have versa and not really loving it. Heart rate is not working at all the last couple of days, and now my active minutes disappear, i check while I'm on a walk and then suddenly they are no where to be seen? Ive tried shutting it down but not made any difference. Any help would be much appreciated. Wish i stuck to the blaze.

It was working fine untill yesterday and no setting have been changed.
