Aerobic exercises and my heart rate are not updating on my Android phone. What can be done to correct this?

@Gwensversa Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! 

 

I will gladly assist you with the data not updating on your Fitbit app and sorry for the late reply. Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. If the issue persist please share some screenshots. Also make sure you have the app up to date.

I have logged out several times and the resting bpm stays at 98 Bpm, the 250+ steps don't register and the minutes I exercise don't register.
