Heart rate and illness feedback

I’ve had my versa 2 about 3 months. My resting heart rate is normally about 63-65. 3 weeks ago it increased to 90. I wasn’t sure why as I wasn’t stressed, hadn’t exercised more than normal and didn’t feel ill, I just thought it was a blip.
the following day I became unwell with the start of Covid19!
Its interesting to think the smart watch could detect the start of a virus.

Oh wow! That's really interesting! I've noticed mine does go up a bit when ill, too. But that's a huge change! It kind of makes sense, too, though. Are you feeling alright now?
